ETFE RF Release Film
With a nonstick surface and high chemical resistance and elongation, our Norgard® ETFE RF Release Film is designed to provide reliable, high-quality release performance for resin systems operating at up to 180˚C. Available in both translucent pigmented and perforated forms.
Product Details
Specially designed to give high levels of performance in the composite moulding process, our Norgard ETFE RE Film works as a versatile release film. High elongation means it can conform to mould contours of any shape and complexity to provide a nonstick and chemically resistant surface. Manufactured to handle temperatures of up to 180˚C, these pigmented films increase visibility to speed removal from parts and moulds to reduce the risk of foreign object contamination occurring downstream. We also have a perforated form available that can provide further control over outgassing and resin bleed to help ensure consistent product quality, high throughput, and enhanced productivity.
