Heater Silicone Insulation Products include silicone sponge, solid, and reinforced rubber materials that deliver long-term insulation, dimensional stability, and thermal protection. These materials are available in UL flame-retardant, chemically resistant, and low-outgassing formulations, making them ideal for critical aerospace and medical applications. Reinforced options offer exceptional durability under high pressure and temperatures up to 575°F, supporting demanding environments like defense and communications systems.
Heat Tracing Tapes, such as glass cloth and aluminum foil tapes, are used to secure and protect heating elements on pipes and surfaces. These tapes are flame retardant, abrasion resistant, and conformable, with glass cloth options supporting a wide range of adhesives and temperatures up to 600°F.
