How EV Battery Foams Enhance Performance and Safety
Norseal® Foams are flexible cellular materials offering a unique combination of properties:
- Low Density: With air-filled cells, these foams are light in weight whilst maintaining reasonable mechanical durability
- Closed-cell Structure: The isolated cells improve rigidity, providing water tightness
- Low Compression Set (C-set): These foams recover well after compression, retaining their shape and elasticity over time.
- Toughness: Specially designed to absorb impact energy, making them excellent for cushioning applications.
- Thermal Insulation: Air-trapped cells reduce heat transfer
