UHMW Polyethylene Film Adhesive Tape

These products are available with thicker adhesives, which can enhance adhesion and grip on textured or rough surfaces.
These products are also available with UV-cured acrylic adhesive, providing a solvent-free option to help minimise the environmental impact of the tape in demanding applications.
These products are well-suited for low to moderate-temperature range applications as an alternative to PTFE. With superior abrasion resistance compared to PTFE and Teflon™, UHMW-PE offers the highest impact strength for applications that endure constant friction, such as chute and guide rail coverings.

Up to 5 times the abrasion resistance of stainless steel, making it an excellent option for surface protection or heavy-wear bearings, extending the lifespan of the surface. This product can be supplied with UV acrylic adhesive options. This product is available in black, which helps protect against both static discharges and dust attraction. UHMW is available in varying levels of strength to provide higher abrasion and impact resistance. UHMW is a suitable option for easy-release applications where PTFE is typically used. Very low rate of moisture absorption, enabling it to perform well in a variety of environments where it may come into contact with water or other chemicals, making it an excellent general-purpose tape material. |
