This proprietary technology uses UV rays during the coating process to cure our own acrylic mass, which requires less water and significantly less energy compared to other technologies. Biolink tapes are 100% solvent-free, therefore no solvents need to be removed during production which results in less waste and no solvent-contaminated water that needs to be treated. The outcome are high-performance acrylic tapes with excellent ageing, UV, chemical, temperature and environmental resistance combined with high shear strength. They are designed and developed for challenging industries, including automotive and aerospace. These OEM-approved products are made in Germany and follow the highest standards, including certification according to IATF 16949, DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001.
