Laminated & Reinforced Aluminium Foil Tapes
Combining aluminium foil with other material layers like polyester or through lamination allows an application to take advantage of the many characteristics of the two or more materials to improve overall performance. Laminating metal foils to other high-temperature insulation materials results in products that increase effectiveness of die-cut heat shielding, temperature insulation and splicing of films and foils, all while employing an aggressive acrylic or rubber adhesive system for HVAC, building and construction and appliance applications.
Features & Benefits
Offering both rubber and acrylic adhesive system options, laminated aluminium foil tapes can be used on many different surface types including steel, ABS, PP and other plastic materials |
Leverage the protective and malleable traits of foil and the best properties of the other laminated materials, such as PET, to improve durability and processability of the aluminium; the result is improved process speed and efficiency with a more durable and tear resistant material than pure aluminium foil tapes |
Designed for all applications where a flexible and resistant shielding tape is required, and longevity is key |
Dedicated to your success, work with our Custom Solutions team to identify the right materials to laminate with aluminium foil, test in production and reiterate as needed |
