Typical testing can include peel, pluck, and shear conditions, in order to analyze the assembly over a range of stress parameters.
Stellantis MS.90152 Specification Approval
The latest specification to add to our growing list of OEM approvals is Stellantis MS.90152. This new spec for exterior bonding tapes harmonizes the previously separate specifications from both Chrysler and Fiat. As part of the approval process to qualify for MS.90152, we put our tapes up against the latest paint and clear coat systems used by Stellantis. Passing the full standard, Saint-Gobain Tape Solutions can offer the following Norbond Exterior Attachment Tape options that are compatible with the latest Stellantis paint systems:
- Norbond E500 for badging applications
- Norbond Z2000 for exterior trim applications
