Ecovadis GOLD certification goes to Saint-Gobain® h-old® in Biandrate

We set ourselves the ambitious goal to reach net-zero emissions by no later than 2050 and a lot has been achieved already as you can see in the following graphic:

As such, we are proud that our Saint-Gobain Tape Solutions site in Biandrate, Italy, not only implemented various projects that pave our way to achieve the group’s ambitious sustainability goals, but also has been awarded the EcoVadis GOLD scorecard, a third-party recognition that only the top 5% of companies worldwide achieve. EcoVadis GOLD Medal for Saint-Gobain h-old S.r.l.
According to EcoVadis, the company "has grown into a globally trusted provider of business sustainability ratings with a network of more than 150,000+ rated companies”. It is a well-known provider with the mission to “provide reliable, globally recognized sustainability ratings and insights, enabling all companies to reduce risk, drive improvement and accelerate positive impact on our planet and society”. The EcoVadis sustainability assessment methodology evaluates how well a company has integrated the principles of Sustainability/CSR into their business and management system.
We decided to pursue this certification at the invitation of a customer. This initiative has provided us with the benefit of increased visibility on the EcoVadis network.
