FEP-RF Release Film
Providing a non-stick surface, chemical resistance, high elongation, and high performance up to 400˚F (204˚C), our Norgard™ FEP-RF Release Film is specially designed for composite molding over a range of resin systems. Available in either clear or pigmented varieties, our films are versatile solutions that can easily integrate into any production process.
Product Details
Our release films for composite molding provide reliably high performance. Using FEP means that you get a non-stick surface with high levels of chemical resistance that can also conform to any mold shape, no matter how complex. Once molded, our release films film can work in operating environments that reach up to 400˚F (205˚C) without issue. Designed to integrate seamlessly into your processes, this film is available in either a translucent or pigmented form to help you increase visibility and reduce the risk of downstream foreign object contamination. A perforated version is also available, which helps control outgassing and resin bleed.
